When you book a design visit, an experienced staircase designer will spend time discussing your ideas, and show you with an array of samples how these can look in a range of beautiful bespoke finishes.
Once you have agreed the plans for your staircase, one of our surveyors will perform a meticulous survey of the area; double checking the smallest details to ensure a seamless and fuss-free fit.
When our surveyor is 100% happy with the measurements, plans and elevations will be drawn up for your approval. You will also be assigned a personal client liaison co-ordinator who will be available to assist you at every stage of the process.
We embrace the latest technology and call upon traditional techniques to create every individual part of your staircase renovation. Everything is made using the finest quality materials by time-served craftsmen in our purpose-built factory, here in the UK.
